It's all about making the hotel an easy choice for the potential booker. So how will you do that? The easiest new guests will be very much like the current guests - that's a marketing mantra - more of the same is easy; new and different is very hard. So you'll need to understand the reasons why guests stay in the locality - then persuade them through your website to choose your hotel or B&B. Three elements. Knowing who they are leads to focussed appeal on the website which in turn beats the competition. If you take action on these three activities, your hotel or B&B will look like the no-brainer choice.

This audit of your website will alert you to any missing text or pictures. It also compares your site to three competitor hotels and draws up a comparison table for action by you. This is tuning, not rebuilding.
This is a 3 to 4 hour task to complete (- it's the task I'm most often asked to complete on behalf of hoteliers).

Who are You Persuading ?
